The chairman then asked for the “Weapons department head”.  This was a female, tall, thin with very cold steel blue eyes. She spoke with authority as she listed all of the weapons that were available to Earthlings now and most probably available within the next six Earth years. 

 “Their weapons are far inferior to our weapons. They do have a good range with some of their projectiles but they are very slow to load and fire these. They have invented the microwave but are unable to project it more then one length of their body. Our CBP (Continuous Beam Projector) can stop a heart at 1000 body lengths and in a broad pattern of 90 degrees. Their radar is easily jammed as is their vision because they can only see in a short spectrum of light rays. They do have inferred but it too is very short range so we can approach without being detected. They have a small number of atomic weapons but our PBG (particle beam generator ) will be able to disable all of them before they even know we are there. They have some biological and chemical weapons but we are not effected by any of them. 

 As a safety precaution I advise we copy the very successful plan we used on Zelcon. We used their communication system and used terms and local call signs so as not to alert any suspicion. We sent just one war ship down into a congested area and wiped out a complete area to prove to the rest of the invasion fleet how successful the final invasion will be. That will then trigger the complete invasion. A projected model of the plan has shown we can control the whole planet in a matter of minutes and clean all pockets of survivors out within hours. That plan we used was logged as Z-10 and I suggest we call this one E-10.”  

The chairman was pleased and said “Well done” and another applause was sounded for the Weapons head.  

The chairman then asked for the head of Alternative Living Creatures to present their findings as to weather any other creatures on Earth should be spared because they may have some use.  

The ALC head stood up, a short stocky man with long hair and large round eyes. After examining all of the creatures we found that the humans on Earth raised some lesser intelligent creatures as a food source, meaning they killed them and ate the carcasses. A moan from every other head was heard and some spoke out of turn saying “How disgusting!”  

 The chairman pushed the button that sounded a loud “Bong” then said in anger, “Silence! Silence! No one shall speak out of turn!” 

The chairman said “So Be It, thank you ALC.” And a loud applause finished his presentation.
